I am a freelance dreamer and binary wizard. I love to learn, especially about computers. I like to try new things and meet new people.

I just got back from a fantastic 2 year trip in Asia. I did volunteer teaching in Mumbai, India and Kathmandu, Nepal. I travelled through India, Nepal and China. It has been an amazing journey. Now I'm back and starting to look for a job. Before my time off, I worked for 3.5 years as a SQL programmer at Computronix in Edmonton. I graduated Computing Science from University of Alberta in Spring 2001. (last updated Mar 2010)

Computers aren't just a tool, they're a door to different universe. Our minds enter this universe through the keyboard and mouse. We can peek into small parts of this universe through the display. Computers and the Internet have expanded the possibilities of human experience. I want to explore this universe and create beautiful things in it.

Right now, I'm focusing more on my social skills and spiritual development.

My interests are computers/programming, travelling, philosophy, science-fiction, skiing/snowboarding, soccer, floor hockey, karate, swimming and skating.

My favorite books are Dune, Snow Crash, Neuromancer, Asimov (Foundation, Robot series), Forgotten Realms (anything by R.A.Salvatore or by Margret Weis and Tracy Hickman), "The Tripods" by John Christopher and Ender's Game (Orston Scott Card). I also enjoyed 1984, Glass Menagerie, Jane Eyre, Things Fall Apart and God by Woody Allen (from my English courses).

I'm from Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, Canada (about 30min NE of Edmonton).
